Charming 1900's completely updated cottage in historic Old Town Medford Oregon - walk to downtown! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bright living room with natural light, full kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, and office with desk/monitor. Private fully-fenced yard with patio, deck and BBQ. Perfect basecamp for Rogue Valley wineries, rafting, hiking, Britt Festival, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and great restaurants!

Good to know

We hope you love this space as much as we do! You'll enter through the door that faces the road, into the office space. Then you will come to the dining room, to the right you will see the large living room with lots of natural light and another door that goes to the patio and yard. There is also a yoga mat and other fitness items for those who would like to use them. To the left of the dining room is the kitchen and breakfast nook. The laundry is off of the kitchen and that is where the door to the garage is as well, you are welcome to park in the garage if you like. Straight through the dining room is where you will find both bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom you see is the guest room, a bathroom is in the hall and the primary bedroom is at the end of the hall with an ensuite bathroom. There are several places to cozy up with your favorite book, play a game with family, or relax with a nice cup of coffee or your favorite glass of wine. Relax and unwind!

We are located in the historic downtown area of Medford. You can easily walk to the pubs, theatres and restaurants.

Guest Access

Guests have the whole place to themselves, and they can use the garage to park in if they choose. This is especially handy in the winter when you can just drive into the garage and then step into the house, no need to scrape snow off your windshield!! You will be provided with a garage door opened when you check in.

I was in Medford to finish out buying a home locally and finding local resources to furnish a house with used furniture and furnishings. Haley’s property was ideally located to communicate with my agent and find resources. Also great places to eat and explore in the evening.

We stayed here for about a month with our two dogs and loved it. The house and property is exactly as described and we felt right at home the second we got there. It’s very comfortable and our dogs loved the yard! It’s a great location and walkable to local wine tasting rooms and brewery’s! When we are back in Medford we’ll be staying here again for sure. I thoroughly enjoyed Haley's place for my month+ stay. perfect fenced yard for my dog. Had all that we needed, and Haley was flexible and always quick to respond/help to questions, anything I needed, etc. I will definitely stay at Haley spot again! Adorable and comfortable! Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Kitchen was clean, well stocked and we cooked a full meal. It was just like being at home. Our dogs loved the fully fenced in yard and the deck was a relaxing place for us while they were playing. We come to Medford often and we will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The minute we arrived, we felt right at home. The house had everything we needed and more. Great shower which is also a winner in our books. I was also happy to find a computer monitor I could connect my laptop to (great for those working remotely). Tea, honey, lemon, and even fresh mint were a nice touch, too. 100% recommend and would stay there again!

Haley was very responsive and had great recommendations for the area. We loved the cute amenities for the dog. The trundle bed provided more space than the big bed so the hubs and I slept slumber party style all week. Beds are all firm. Home is spacious and the living room comfortable. This home has everything that you need. We were unable to get any of the streaming apps on the tv. Haley stopped by while in town to see if she could troubleshoot but we locked the entry door and she ended up not being able to get in. The garbage can was completely full and garbage day wasn't for a few days but it worked out. The homeless people that sleep on the grass across the street are no bother and each door has 3+ locks on it. We never felt unsafe. We would totally recommend this home and Haley as a host. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Medford with its shopping, coffee shops, and restaurants. A great location if you are trying to find a staging area to explore Southern Oregon, like Ashland or Jacksonville or just the outdoors.

A perfect getaway! The kitchen is bright and well appointed with plenty of good quality dishes, handy appliances and extra linens. There’s a big washer and dryer in a separate laundry room and a garage with private driveway. The yard is fenced and feels like a park in itself with big trees and a pathway all around the house. Kahiko, my service dog totally loved that! I really enjoyed the deck for soaking in some sun each morning with my coffee. Window blinds are quality, making easy privacy from the street and doors all have locking screen doors so I could nap with the fresh air coming in. That’s heavenly. The beds are super comfortable with quality linens too! The showers are steamy and spa-like, but the master one is tiny. Haley and Mindy were so kind and accommodating I felt more than cared for in a time when I really needed sanctuary. Mahalo nui loa for a great experience!
